I grew up in a small town in Michigan, began my career in Silicon Valley, and learned how much I enjoy working with people. I completed a Master of Social Work degree and began to serve the community as a therapist and a leader of nonprofit organizations. Jewishness and Judaism became the center of my life and I felt the call to serve the Jewish people. I enter the rabbinate with the benefit of a lifetime of personal and professional experiences that I will draw upon as I work to lead, teach, and nourish individuals and communities to live lives filled with Jewish meaning. It is my honor, my privilege and my blessing to become a rabbi.
